The Wall Plugin and Dynamic Floor Plugin are each standalone and can be used independently. The Merger Plugin is an add-on that requires both other plugins to be installed and enabled first.
Both Wall Plugin and Dynamic Floor Plugin must be purchased, installed, and enabled before the Merger Plugin can function.
